1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the parties listed below.

2. Definitions
- Site: SELLER's e-commerce platform (hierabuild.com)
- Product: All goods and services offered for sale
- Distance Sale: A contract concluded without the parties being physically present together
3. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.
4. Product and Price Information
- Type, model, quantity and price of products are specified at the time of ordering.
- Prices include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
- The SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order in case of obvious typos (price errors, etc.).
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is made through the method selected by the BUYER (credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.).
- Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.
- The SELLER may cancel orders involving suspicious transactions.
6. Delivery and Performance
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- Domestic and international delivery are available.
- Delivery times may vary based on stock, production, logistics and customs processes.
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the BUYER.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason.

8. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Installed or assembled products
- Used or damaged products
- Products that have lost their resaleable quality
- Products produced specifically per customer request
- Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons
9. Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- It must be complete and undamaged.
- Invoice or order details must be included.
The SELLER reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
10. Return and Refund
- The returned product is inspected by the SELLER.
- If approved, refund is made within 14 days.
- Refund is processed via the original payment method.
11. Shipping and Costs
- Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are borne by the BUYER.
- For defective products, all costs are covered by the SELLER.
- For international returns, shipping and customs costs are borne by the BUYER.
12. Damaged Delivery
- Delivery should be inspected upon receipt.
- A report should be drawn up with the courier for damaged packages.
- Damage claims without a report may be rejected.
13. International Sales
- Customs procedures and taxes are borne by the BUYER.
- The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
14. Warranty
- Products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- User errors are outside warranty coverage.

15. Limitation of Liability
The SELLER is not responsible for damages arising from:
- Misuse
- Faulty installation
- Actions taken by third parties.
16. Force Majeure
The SELLER is not held responsible in cases of natural disasters, war, strikes, infrastructure issues, etc.
17. Evidence Agreement
The parties agree that electronic records have evidentiary value.
18. Jurisdiction
Disputes shall be resolved before Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
19. Validity
By completing the order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood and accepted this agreement.
